Eliane manages Human Resources at YSB Global Initiatives. Prior to joining YSB, Eliane worked as an Assistant and Office Manager for a university foundation in Berlin. She also interned with several development organizations/agencies such as GIZ, InWEnt and Oxfam Germany. Further, she gained valuable international experience during her internship at the the European Parliament and during her studies abroad in Norway and Uganda.
Eliane holds a B.A. in Political Sciences from Free University, Berlin and a M.Sc. in Development Studies from University of Life Sciences in Ås, Norway.
